Last updated: August 16, 2024
What is Whitelisting?
Whitelisting is the process of adding Valdera's email domains and IP addresses to your organization's approved sender list. This ensures that important notifications, quote responses, and platform communications from Valdera are delivered to your inbox rather than your spam folder.
Email Domains to Whitelist
Please add the following email domains to your organization's approved sender list:
- @valderai.com — Primary platform emails
- @mail.valderai.com — Transactional and notification emails
- @notifications.valderai.com — System notifications
How to Whitelist in Gmail
1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon (Settings) in the top right corner.
2. Click 'See all settings' and navigate to the 'Filters and Blocked Addresses' tab.
3. Click 'Create a new filter' and enter @valderai.com in the 'From' field.
4. Click 'Create filter' and check 'Never send it to Spam'.
5. Click 'Create filter' to save.
How to Whitelist in Outlook
1. Open Outlook and go to Home > Junk > Junk E-mail Options.
2. Select the 'Safe Senders' tab and click 'Add'.
3. Enter @valderai.com and click OK.
4. Check 'Also trust e-mail from my Contacts' if desired.
5. Click Apply and OK to save changes.
Corporate Email Filtering
If your organization uses enterprise email filtering software (such as Proofpoint, Mimecast, or Barracuda), you may need to work with your IT department to whitelist Valdera's domains and IP addresses at the organizational level.
Please contact your IT security team and provide them with our email domains listed above. They can add these to your organization's global allowlist to ensure all team members receive Valdera communications reliably.
